MEET THE BOARD
An experienced, results oriented transformation leader who has worked internationally and in Australia to deliver enterprise-wide organisational change across major transformation programs. Peter has designed, developed and implemented change and transformation capabilities to embed and sustain the benefits of change, and to enable leaders to navigate ever-changing business environments to deliver sustainable shareholder value and increases in ROI.
A pragmatic business and people leader, Peter has built high performance teams capable of delivering increases in productivity, ‘fit for purpose’ lean solutions and effective digital transformation.
Michael is leading the Digital Strategy business for HCL Technologies across APAC working with the different business streams in the HCL ecosystem. His experience bridges digital transformation, organisation agility, customer experience, digital agility, AI, automation and business innovation across business verticals.
Michael is a thought leader who champions digital change, perfectly balancing creativity with technology change. He has deep experience across areas such as data value, product management, innovation strategy, customer data platforms and enterprise architecture. Michael manages an organisational change team at HCL and is a passionate believer in CX, UX and change adoption.
A pragmatic, resilient and entrepreneurial leader, who has held C-suite roles for over 22 years, with a natural ability to influence and empower others.
Louise is a strategic thinker, who possesses the business acumen to improve productivity and increase profit by working collaboratively with teams and individuals involved in business transformation.
She is a leader who is comfortable designing and implementing ‘fit for purpose’ processes and systems that are flexible enough to meet the ever-changing client needs, markets, and trends.
Louise has a passion for empowering teams to take ownership for their decisions, making staff feel valued and appreciated. This has a significant impact on strategic business outcomes by meeting corporate objectives to align with the vision, values, and strategic plan of a business.
Brad brings more than twenty five years of experience in organizational design, leadership development, corporate change, professional facilitation and implementing high-performance human systems to Leadership Gold. Specializing in training, coaching and facilitating the growth and development of high-potential leaders, Brad helps individuals, teams, and organizations increase effectiveness, achieve valued bottom-line results, and become measurably more viable and successful.
David is passionate about leading change and in making a difference, with over twenty five years experience in driving transformational change programs for organisations in both the public and private sectors.
David is focussed on delivering real change for real people, especially given the challenges that we are all facing.
He is recognised as a thought leader and mentor on the impacts of transformational change and in adopting new approaches with the focus on people and in delivering real business outcomes.
