Peter Cully
An experienced, results oriented transformation leader who has worked internationally and in Australia to deliver enterprise-wide organisational change across major transformation programs. Peter has designed, developed and implemented change and transformation capabilities to embed and sustain the benefits of change, and to enable leaders to navigate ever-changing business environments to deliver sustainable shareholder value and increases in ROI.
A pragmatic business and people leader, Peter has built high performance teams capable of delivering increases in productivity, ‘fit for purpose’ lean solutions and effective digital transformation.

Brad brings more than twenty five years of experience in organizational design, leadership development, corporate change, professional facilitation and implementing high-performance human systems to Leadership Gold. Specializing in training, coaching and facilitating the growth and development of high-potential leaders, Brad helps individuals, teams, and organizations increase effectiveness, achieve valued bottom-line results, and become measurably more viable and successful.

Louise Cully
A pragmatic, resilient and entrepreneurial leader, who has held C-suite roles for over 22 years, with a natural ability to influence and empower others.
Louise is a strategic thinker, who possesses the business acumen to improve productivity and increase profit by working collaboratively with teams and individuals involved in business transformation.
She is a leader who is comfortable designing and implementing ‘fit for purpose’ processes and systems that are flexible enough to meet the ever-changing client needs, markets, and trends.
Louise has a passion for empowering teams to take ownership for their decisions, making staff feel valued and appreciated. This has a significant impact on strategic business outcomes by meeting corporate objectives to align with the vision, values, and strategic plan of a business.

David Maybin
David is passionate about leading change and in making a difference, with over twenty five years experience in driving transformational change programs for organisations in both the public and private sectors.
David is focussed on delivering real change for real people, especially given the challenges that we are all facing.
He is recognised as a thought leader and mentor on the impacts of transformational change and in adopting new approaches with the focus on people and in delivering real business outcomes.

Johan Lequiem
Spanning the last 12 years, Johan has travelled the world supporting organisations through Change Management & Business Transformation activities. He has been involved in a substantial number of change programmes, most recently enabling a new HR Operating model and implemented shared service for Sydney Water.
With a proven ability to work with stakeholders at the most senior levels in the organisation to influence technology strategy and execution, Johan specialises in Transformation Strategy Design and Execution. He is also highly skilled in Executive Alignment and Coaching, Stakeholder Engagement and Change Readiness and Organisation Development.
Johan also has a deep passion for workshop facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement and changing mindsets.

Khytsse Garcia
(pronounced Kit-seh):
An accredited Change & Transformation Leader who has successfully led OCM and Communications teams in the delivery of large, complex, award-winning projects across multiple sectors including Banking, Supply Chain, Retail and Technology.
Khytsse has extensive experience in leading chapters for NFP institutions and has a passion for building empowered and dynamic teams who’s purpose is to serve the Change community and business leaders by advocating for greater change leadership in companies.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset, she is a non-executive director for Dexito Pty. Ltd – a growing consultation company and she also co-founded the ‘Kids Make a difference’ initiative, which is aimed at empowering youth to lead, manage and execute community projects and make a real difference in communities that need a helping hand.
Currently completing her MBA, she is also a certified practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Positive Psychology as well as having a certificate in TimeLine Therapy. As a self-proclaimed ‘forever learner’ she spends her time continuously learning about human behavior, neuroscience, emotional quotient and generally what makes people ‘tick’ and what makes change ‘stick’.
A strong and trusted leader, her purpose is to build an inclusive and collaborative environment through integrity, honesty, leadership and strong partnership.
